Wilcon Way

At Wilcon Way, we worked closely with our homeowners on the interior redesign and refurbishment of this beautiful new build terrace property, which was previously divided into two small, largely unusable rooms due to the elongated, narrow floor plan. 

To create a more fluid, open plan layout, we removed the structural wall previously dividing these rooms under permitted development rights, allowing a bespoke kitchen fit out to take centre stage. The sleek, minimalist kitchen design also features a breakfast bar, which offers a space-saving alternative to a full kitchen diner, maximising living space while still providing plenty of space for cooking or entertaining.
